The plan was for the puppies to move out to a kennel to be there during the day but it has been really hot today, 40 degrees in the sun and 26 in the shade so the puppies were better off indoors.
They have eaten three meals of puppy food today and one yesterday and their stomachs have been doing great. Tomorrow they will have four meals. Naaja must be given radically less food so that she stops producing milk so she is so hungry.
Tuff's eye is already looking better, thank goodness for antibiotics!
The heat affects the dogs' energy quite a lot. It has been almost completely quiet with the adult dogs in the kennels all day and the puppies have been relatively calm until around 9pm, when their energy increased as the temperature dropped. Now all the dogs have fallen asleep and everything is quiet and still except for the fan that buzzes in the ceiling and provides a nice cool breeze.

Planen var att valparna skulle flytta ut till en hundgård för att vara där dagtid men det har varit riktigt varmt idag, 40 grader i solen och 26 i skuggan så valparna hade det bättre inomhus.
De har ätit tre mål valpfoder idag och ett igår och det har gått utmärkt med deras magar. Imorgon ska de få fyra mål. Naaja måste få radikalt mindre med mat så att hon slutar producera mjölk så hon är så hungrig.

Värmen påverkar hundarnas energi ganska mycket. Det har varit nästan helt tyst hos de vuxna hundarna i hundgårdarna hela dagen och valparna har varit relativt lugna fram till cakl21, då ökade deras energi i takt med att temperaturen sjönk. Nu har alla hundarna somnat och allt är tyst och stilla utom fläkten som surrar i taket och ger skön svalka.
