Now I'm home again after a dizzying trip to Nepal.
Here at home the November sun shines with its absence and the rain pours down while the sun still shines from a clear blue sky and the daytime temperature is about 20 degrees in Nepal.
The dogs are in great need of exercise but after 12 hours in an airplane seat I have suffered from back pain so before there is any dog training I have to rehabilitate my back.

Nu är jag hemma igen efter en omtumlande resa till Nepal.
Här hemma lyser novembersolen med sin frånvaro och regnet öser ner medans solen fortfarande lyser från klarblå himmel och dagstemperaturen är ca 20grader i Nepal.
Hundarna är i stort behov av träning men efter 12timmar i flygstol har jag drabbats av ryggskott så innan det blir någon hundträning måste jag rehabilitera min rygg.
